Who is Eligible:
1) Must be disabled, age 65 or older or blind
2) Unable to live safely at home without help.
3) Financial inability to purchase needed services.
Persons who receive SSI/SSP (gold checks) meet the program's financial need requirement. Others may also be eligible but may need to pay a portion of the costs for services. For additional information, please contact your County Welfare Dept.
