The Fair Housing Council offers services for anti-discrimination which can receive, investigator resolve (through conciliation or referral to enforcement agency; HUD; DFEH; Attorney) housing discrimination complaints; also conduct seminars; disseminate written fair housing information.

Our mission is to provide members of society excellent programs and services that promote professional development, independent living skills, and leadership throughout Riverside County. Our focus is to assist homeless people and near homeless people in their transition to independent living, self-sufficiency and productive lives in American Society. We understand degrees of homelessness: Chronic, Challenged and Well-Nigh/Almost There-thus creating "offices without walls" who go to the crisis. A group or committee of persons are sent, to conduct, negotiations or establish relations to work out a correct solution to the crisis. Our programs also provide:  Shelter, Apartment/Home for the Home Challenged and Assist in avoidance of Defaults/Foreclosure of homes.
