March of Dimes
Goal is to improve the health of babies by preventing
birth defects and infant mortally. Supports campaign for
healthier babies, which includes programs of research,
community services, education, and advocacy.

Palm Desert Shrine Club

Palm Springs Historical Society
The Palm Springs Historical Society, a non-profit
organization, was founded in 1955 by Melba Berry
Bennett. Its purpose is to record, preserve and display
historical artifacts of the Palm Springs area. The
society is the beneficiary of two major grants from the
McCallum Desert Foundation and numerous bequests from
individuals who support the preservation of local
heritage. Anyone interested in joining the Palm Springs
Historical Society is welcome. Thank you for helping
