The Arthritis Foundation is a non-profit voluntary
organization that supports research to find a cure for
and ways to prevent all forms of arthritis and
distributes information to the public about arthritis
and rheumatic diseases.

March of Dimes
Goal is to improve the health of babies by preventing
birth defects and infant mortally. Supports campaign for
healthier babies, which includes programs of research,
community services, education, and advocacy.

Palm Desert Shrine Club
Support the efforts to help crippled children throughout
the country. Many Shriner Hospitals have crippled
children sponsored on behalf of the foundation.

Widows or Widowers
Widows or Widowers Club offers a chance to get back in
the social swim. You can make new friends, get involved in
new activities, and get out of the house. The Club meets
every Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Mizell Senior Center. There
